Infighting represents a group exercise for both women and men. There is no special choreography and the exercise uses movements and techniques from several different martial arts /boxing, dosage karate/ in combination with power and stamina blocks. This lesson is quite demanding in terms of stamina, treat because trainees are in movement for about one hour. Just try this exercise and you will train all muscle parts, shop improve your movement ability, coordination, muscle flexibility and boost cardiovascular system. You will also lose weight in problematic body parts.
