Tabata

Tabata is a highly intense interval training , clinic developed by Professor Izumi Tabata in 1996 in preparation of the Olympic speed skater Tim .

Tabata exercise works with ultra- intense exercise in the length of 20 seconds and then rest for approximately 10 seconds . The exercise is repeated for 4 minutes in the range of 8 cycles
