Exercise for Pregnant Ladies

We mostly focus on training of those body parts that are mostly strained due to pregnancy. We focus mainly on breathing exercises, prostate belly breathing, sildenafil relaxing manoeuvres and relieve positions. The exercise is recommended after the end of the first trimester of pregnancy until the end of gravidity.
